Our Story
Meet Our Leadership Team
Brad Hammel, CPA
Brad Hammel founded Bradley E. Hammel, CPA, PA on November 1, 2004, by acquiring an established firm in Oskaloosa, KS. Shortly after, he expanded by opening another office in Topeka, KS. Over the years, Brad’s business and clientele have grown significantly, particularly in Topeka and the surrounding areas. After successfully running the Oskaloosa firm for over a decade, Brad sold it to concentrate on his Topeka office.
Brad began his accounting career on January 1, 1989, gaining 10 years of experience in public accounting and 5 years in private companies before establishing his own CPA firm. With a master's degree in business administration and extensive experience in accounting, business, and sales, Brad has always aspired to be his own boss and successfully manage his own business.
Todd Beemer
In February 2024, Todd Beemer joined the firm, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Financial Technology sector, where he led teams serving Financial Institutions. Todd passed the CPA exam right after college and offers a wealth of knowledge in industry, technology, and customer service.
Todd is a natural business leader and entrepreneur, dedicated to helping businesses and leaders grow and achieve their goals. In 2023, he completed the required training to become a Certified Leadership Coach and is working towards his ACC level certification with the International Coaching Federation.
